Our transformer oil tank features a fully sealed structure. Compared to conventional oil-immersed transformers, the hermetically sealed distribution transformer eliminates the need for an oil conservator. Instead, a corrugated tank replaces the oil pipes as the cooling and heat dissipation component. The corrugated tank is manufactured from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets on specialized production lines. The corrugated design allows the tank to expand and contract with the volume changes of the transformer oil, thus isolating the transformer from the atmosphere. This design prevents and slows down oil deterioration and insulation moisture absorption, enhancing operational reliability and ensuring maintenance-free operation under normal conditions.
